You're a reaver loose in the Xarthos Reach — a pixel space-combat sim seen entirely from the cockpit. Raiders close in from every bearing, the gas giants are ripe for plunder, and the only way back to legend is through them. Track. Lock. Fire. Loot. Survive deeper into the Reach.
This isn't a shooting gallery. Enemies exist at world bearings all around your ship, and your windshield only shows the forward arc. You have to steer to bring threats into view, read the 360ยฐ radar to decide which bearing to face next, and turn enemies off-screen to break their firing solution — but ignore one too long and it closes in and rams your hull.
Features
- ๐ฐ Bearing-based dogfighting — a true 360ยฐ threat field, not waves of pop-up targets. Steering is the game.
- ๐ฏ Twin laser cannons + homing missiles — aim with the mouse, lock targets, and launch warheads at what you've locked.
- ๐ Laser-capacitor management — sustained fire drains your bank and forces a cooldown; tap-fire to stay charged.
- ๐ช 10 unique worlds — banded gas giants (icy NJORDHEIM, molten SURTUR, ashen HELHEIM…), each with its own palette. Scan them to plunder troops, laser cells, and missile tanks.
- ๐ Escalating sectors — faster swarms, tougher cruisers, and a magenta Warlord boss every fifth sector. Your shields stop keeping up — that's the point.
- ๐ Living retro cockpit — CRT scanlines, sweeping radar, blinking panels, and a synth-blip soundtrack of lasers and explosions.
- ๐ Local high score — chase your best raid.

A single-file pixel sim, made with hand-rolled HTML5 Canvas + WebAudio. No engine, no assets, no dependencies — ~16 KB of pure cockpit.
